TEMPO Interactive, Jakarta:Coordinating Minister of Political and Security Affairs Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono has said he hopes that support for the peace process in Aceh will be in coordination with the Indonesian government. So far, the government has prepared many programs for Aceh, including social rehabilitation, humanitarian support and economic recovery programs. Both the central and local government have planned these programs, prepared them and started to carry them out, Yudhoyono said following a limited cabinet meeting at the State Palace in Jakarta on Friday (10/1). He made this statement in relation to his plan to visit Aceh together with members of the international community, including Japan, the US, the European Union and the World Bank. They want to monitor progress in the field in person to decide their priorities in providing support.
