Fadli Zon: Jokowi Must Conduct Internal Survey Prior to Reshuffle

TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - House of Representatives (DPR) deputy speaker Fadli Zon said President Joko Widodo should conduct an internal survey before reshuffling his cabinet.
"Survey is needed to elicit info," said Fadli on Tuesday.
According to Fadli, the president needs to evaluate his cabinet because many government programs were not well-implemented.
Fadli also pointed out two ministries to be evaluated: the economic and legal ministries. Fadli said Justice and Human Rights Minister Yasonna Laoly must be replaced for stirring legal uproar.
As for the economic ministry, Fadli declined to mention any name, but said said these ministers were incapable of maintaining economic stability.
Meanwhile, DPR speaker Setya Novanto said the president needed to reshuffle the cabinet in the near future. "He is now able to evaluate accurately because the government has run for six months," said Novanto.
