President to Hold Meeting With Tangguh Negotiators

TEMPO Interaktif, Jakarta : President Yudhoyono will hold his first meeting on Tuesday with negotiators for Tangguh gas led by Minister of Finance Sri Mulyani, the team also consists of several other minister including the Minister of Energy and Mineral resources Purnomo Yusgiantoro, head of Oil and Gas Regulator Priyono and the Director General of Oil and Gas at the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources Evita Legowo.

The team was instructed to lift the selling price for Tangguh natural gas currently at US$ 3,55 per MMBtu, and the selling price for crude currently at US$38 per barrel.

President will head to Cijantung East Jakarta for a closed meeting at the Armed Forces Special Airborne Unit Headquarters followed by a Ramadan fast breaking with the Special Unit.
